Tutoring and Mentoring
I am a qualified teacher and ADHD/autism mentor who understands that mainstream education does not suit everyone. I am here to help with the extra and the extraordinary! If you or someone you know would benefit from bespoke education support, please get in touch,

Sessions take place in-person (at learners' homes or my base in East Cambs) or online. Online sessions are recorded for safeguarding reasons and a responsible adult needs to also be present in the room.

We can cover whatever and work however is best for the student in these lessons: imagination and flexibility is key!

As both a qualified teacher and Autism & ADHD student mentor (DSA: Non-medical helper), I have a range of experience and expertise to support learners at any stage of their journey. I work with children of pre-school age right through to PhD students! If you think I could help you, please get in touch.

Writing, speaking, collaborating
A passionate advocate for child-centred, disability- and neurodiversity-positive education, I love to dedicate some of my professional time to collaborating with other education practitioners: by giving talks to groups of teachers (to give them the inside "scoop" on school life as a neurodivergent person), writing and publishing academic papers/chapters, and presenting at international conferences.
Adaptive music
As well as classroom experience, I am a long-term music tutor. I can provide individual and group tuition, specialising in violin, piano, folk, ukulele but always keen to give other activities a try. I have years' experience providing musical enrichment and tuition to disabled and neurodiverse students. Please contact me for more information.
